The Importance of Strong Families

    There are many adults who have been released into society without a strong family foundation.  Familes are training grounds to teach people how to interact with society.  In families, people learn loyalty, safety, love and acceptance.  However, what if the person is released into society and they have never expereienced those foundational principles. 
     Furthermore, what if you are the person leading this person in work or serving in the community with this person.  An effective, strong leader develops his or her team members so they may mine the jewels that are inside of them (talents, skills or wisdom for the team).  Maybe, the leader feels that is a personal problem and not my issue.  Feel fortunate or proud that you were covered in your relationship.  Now for the sake of the team and the community, you must be a person who can see the needs of others.  Furthermore, you may loose a talented person because you lack the ability to interact with people from various backgrounds.  We are not talking negating a high performace team.  Nor are we saying that a person who refuses to submitt to process or change should continue to work on a team, if they are causing the team their effectiveness.
